Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days of receiving order. Please inspect your order with Rupi ribbon intact. You can wash and condition hair with ribbon intact to inspect as well. If has been taken off, not in original condition (weft cut) or any opened, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-3 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at questions@rupihair.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items can be refunded within 7 days. However, it be exchanged for same sale value if the sale is not still active at the time of exchange request.
Exchanges
You have 7 days after of your order to exchange for same or different order. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at questions@rupihair.com and send your item to: Rupi Hair 9040 Topanga Canyon Blvd. West Hills, CA 91304, United States.
Shipping
To return your product, please contact us at Questions@Rupihair.com to get approved for return and correct process.
All expedited and priority orders will be processed and prepared next business day during preparation hours. (Business Preparation Hours 9am-3pm PM PST). Standard orders will be prepared within 72 business hours and delivered within 5-7 business days. Please email us at Questions@RupiHair.com to make any changes to your shipping and/or adjust order.
All US Orders (Tracking Information will be sent via email and/or text upon shipping. All orders are shipped via US Postal Service)
Contact your local US Post Office immediately should your package not arrive when tracking number states. Unforeseen issues could occur that delay delivery such as weather, etc. All packages are covered up to $100 email us right before or right after your order if you would like to additional insurance and/or signature delivery options (will be an additional charge of $15 for both)
You must notify us before returning product so we can process /exchange accordingly. If you ship to us, without authorization, it could delay your refund or exchange. We require to receive a tracking number to keep track of and anticipate arrival.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Tracking information is required. We recommend USPS (US Postal Service). We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
