Contact your local US Post Office immediately should your package not arrive when tracking number states.  Unforeseen issues could occur that delay delivery such as weather, etc. All packages are covered up to $100 email us right before or right after your order if you would like to additional insurance and/or signature delivery options (will be an additional charge of $15 for both)


We have a no-worry 100% money back guarantee (no restocking fees).  We are positive that you will love your hair.  However, if your hair doesn't match your expectations, we will quickly and happily refund or exchange your hair.  The hair must be returned in the original Rupi Virgin Hair condition with the protective band intact within seven (7) days of receipt.  You are allowed to wet and/or wash with protective band intact to ensure it returns back to desired wave pattern.  Simply wash hair scrunch hair to release excess water (do not use towel) and allow hair to hang and air dry.  If the Rupi Virgin Hair has been altered in any way including cut, dyed, installed we cannot honor your exchange or refund request.  After 7 days, we assume you have fully inspected hair and satisfied with purchase. Please email us at questions@rupihair.com prior to returning the product to notify us of your request for an exchange or refund.  Buyer will pay for return/exchanges. We will need to approve refund/exchange before sending order back.  Please include tracking number of your return/exhange in email to ensure we receive order.  Extra services such as rush delivery do not qualify for refund, only the cost of the hair receives 100% money back guarantee.
We do everything possible to ensure merchandise is received within the shipping time purchased.  If package receipt is delayed due to shipping constraints unforeseen and at no fault of Rupi Virgin Hair, shipping charges will not be refunded. Each bundle is approximately 4oz bundles.  If you just need to make your hair fuller adding to your real hair, most customers order 1 bundle up to 16"-18" and 2 bundles for 20" or  longer.  If you are installing a full head of Rupi Hair extensions, we recommend 2 bundles up to 14" and 3 bundles 16" or longer.  However, if you are leaving out at least 25% of your real hair, some customers are fine with 2 bundles for any length.
